Was danach passiert
Der Widerruf gilt mit dem Absenden als erklärt. Du bekommst unverzüglich eine Bestätigung an die angegebene Adresse, mit Datum, Uhrzeit und dem Inhalt deines Widerrufs. Bewahre diese E-Mail als Nachweis auf.
Wir erstatten dir alle Zahlungen binnen 14 Tagen, über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, mit dem du bezahlt hast. Dafür entstehen dir keine Kosten.
Hast du ausdrücklich verlangt, dass wir vor Ablauf der Frist mit der Leistung beginnen, schuldest du Wertersatz für den bis zum Widerruf genutzten Anteil (§ 357 Abs. 8 BGB). Maßstab ist der vereinbarte Preis, anteilig nach dem verbrauchten Mana — nicht nach Tagen. Wer nichts verbraucht hat, zahlt nichts. Näheres steht in § 7 der den AGB.
Frist
Die Frist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsschlusses. Zur Wahrung genügt es, dass du den Widerruf vor Ablauf der Frist absendest.

Kündigung statt Widerruf
Liegt der Vertragsschluss länger als 14 Tage zurück, ist der Widerruf nicht mehr möglich. Dann hilft die Kündigung. Vertrag kündigen

Withdraw from the contract
Within 14 days of entering into the contract you may withdraw without giving any reason. You can do that here in one step, without logging in. You will receive the confirmation by email straight away.
What happens next
Your withdrawal takes effect as declared the moment you send it. You will receive a confirmation without delay at the address you gave, stating the date, the time and the content of your withdrawal. Please keep that email as your record.
We refund all payments within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used. This costs you nothing.
If you expressly asked us to begin performance before the period expired, you owe compensation for the value of the share used up to the withdrawal (§ 357 (8) German Civil Code). The yardstick is the agreed price, pro rata by the Mana used — not by days. If you have used none, you pay nothing. See § 7 of the terms.
Period
The period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To meet it, it is enough that you send your withdrawal before the period expires.
