Was danach passiert
Die Kündigung gilt mit dem Absenden als erklärt. Du bekommst unverzüglich eine Bestätigung an die angegebene Adresse, mit Datum, Uhrzeit und dem Inhalt deiner Kündigung. Bewahre diese E-Mail als Nachweis auf.
Eine ordentliche Kündigung wirkt zum Ende des laufenden Bezahlzeitraums. Bis dahin kannst du ManaMail weiter in vollem Umfang nutzen, danach läuft dein Konto als kostenlose Fassung weiter. Bereits gezahlte Beträge für den laufenden Zeitraum werden nicht anteilig erstattet.
Eine außerordentliche Kündigung wirkt sofort. Sie setzt einen wichtigen Grund voraus (§ 314 BGB). Schreib ihn bitte ins Feld „Grund“, damit wir ihn prüfen können.

Widerruf statt Kündigung

What happens next
Your cancellation takes effect as declared the moment you send it. You will receive a confirmation without delay at the address you gave, stating the date, the time and the content of your cancellation. Please keep that email as your record.
An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you can keep using ManaMail in full; after that your account continues as the free version. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.
An extraordinary cancellation takes effect immediately. It requires good cause (§ 314 German Civil Code). Please state it in the "Reason" field so that we can review it.

Withdrawal instead of cancellation
